A slow low pressure system off the US East Coast is producing gale force winds to 45 knots with seas to 20 feet between the US East Coast and Bermuda.

A developing low forecast off of Cape Hatteras will produce strong to gale force winds within 300-420 NM north and northeast of the center over the next 24-48 hours.

Hurricane Force Storm forecast offshore US East Coast

A deepening low forecast off the US East Coast near Cape Hatteras by 1200 UTC 04 March will produce winds of 45 TO 60 KT by Friday morning increasing to hurricane force winds offshore later Friday into early Saturday.

Hurricane Force storm rapidly developing off US East Coast

A rapidly deepening storm low off the US East Coast will produce winds of 50-65 knots and seas to 11.5 meters (about 38 feet)during the next 18-36 hours. Update 02 UTC already at hurricane force winds.
