A rapidly developing 992 mb storm low is expected just off the coast of Newfoundland by 00UTC\/6th and is forecast to move northeastward deepening to a 928 mb hurricane-force storm to the west-south west of Iceland by 12UTC\/7th.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
