SW North Atlantic storm could acquire subtropical characteristics

A deep low over the southwestern North Atlantic is producing winds of 40-55 knots within 90 NM west of the center.  As this low moves east and northeast conditions may become a bit more favorable for this system to acquire subtropical characteristics and the National Hurricane Center gives it a 30% probability to become a subtropical storm during the next 5 days.
