North Pacific Hurricane Force Storm Update

NOAA OPC Surface Analysis 00Z 26 Janurary 2016A rapidly deepening storm low over the central North Pacific is moving northeast at 30 knots with winds of 60-80 knots with seas to 17 meters (56 feet)south and southwest of the center.
